WORST PLAN - WORST HOSPITALS

After being with Discovery for 13 years, my position changed a little and my medical aid needed to be downgraded for a few months (financial reasons) nevertheless, I contacted them last year and asked if I could be put back to my usual plan, only to be told I would have to call back in the new year, when I called I got told I was suppose to call in December, so now I have to stay on this shi**y plan for a full year, can only attend the WORST hospitals. If anyone can assist with another good medical aid..... I would appreciate it please
