Worst medical aid to work with - EVER!

This is the second review that I am writing with still NO response from Discovery. I have sent countless emails asking to fix an issue on their side that prevents my clients to claim back from medical aid for their Vitality Fitness Assessments. This is honestly the worst medical aid provider to work with. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.
