Worst medical aid in the world

We are awaiting for a authorisation nr from Discovery for my son that's 6 weeks old to visit the paediatric for a check up. Discovery declined our authorisation nr for reasons being a normal GP can do the check-up on my son, however we are talking about our son a (Human Being)not a dog or a cat, the clinical panel of Discovery declined the authorisation nr I don't know if they know that we are dealing with a small baby boy may be they not that intellectual as I thought I would like to know what will happen if we decline our payment for a month then discovery will be the first to run there lawyers to retrieve the funds. I am disgusted with the level of service that we are receiving from discovery I urge any person in South Africa NOT TO APROACH Discovery for a medical aid I can assure you that you will first die then they will send the authorisation nr they wont even send a bunch of flowers to your funeral please this medical aid company should not be in business they are a disgrace to the people of South Africa.
