Worst Medical Aid in South Africa, Me and My wife has now since the Beginning of July have been trying to resolve a unpaid claim... Before my son was admitted to Hospital for an MRI scan to see if he does have autism we phoned the call Centre who advised us that it will be paid for but will not be paid for if it is related to any back or Neck injuries... Up till today we have been promised a phone call by all the consultants that we have been speaking to that a manager by the name of Charmaine will call us back with feedback...Till today this has not happened... My wife phoned today again and was advised that the outcome was that you will not be paying the claim as a letter has been sent to us... Guess what we have not received that letter....
