Worst Medical Aid in South Africa
Im a member of discovery keycare plus wich only let you go to a certain amount of docters and dentists etc.wich i am happy with.i went in to the dentist at medicross where i always go since i have joined discovery but this time i was told keycare is no longer paying and i have to pay for everything in advance and then claim it back from my medical aid.i submit my claim and get absulutely no feed back.after two weeks and a half an hour on the phone i get through to a consultand that tell me that discovery key care has been removed from springs medicross without consulting me about it or even a email,and my amount of 1460 will not be refunded to me and when i told the service consultand of how disapointed i am with the service keycare provides and that i feel that i should rather be looking out for a new medical aid his response to me is...please do!so beware people discovery only care about your money not you as a customer

We have arrangements with certain providers that have agreed to charge our members a certain rate. The provider network lists are available on our website and get updated on a monthly basis due to the fact that it changes frequently. It is up to the provider whether they want to remain part of the network and they can withdraw at any point in time.
We confirmed that the dentist you visited is no longer part of the KeyCare network and therefore the claim will not be refunded.
