The worst medical aid.*********** consultants, faceless customer services. They cannot reconcilile a basic spreadsheet what is to say handle a claim. Red tape, countless telephone calls later I still dont have specialist upfront payments claimed back after paying for it. Its now 2 months. And it is cost me R100K a year to be with this idiots. Maybe I am the idit for thinking they can get it done correctly.
