Worst Medical Aid I Ever Had.

Once again, this year I requested the tax certificate for 2021/22 and received the one for 2020/21. This after I have been notified by SARS that I should have received all the tax certificates for the current tax year. The same thing happened last year. Is Discovery being arrogant and spiteful? My current medical aid had already sent it a weeke ago without asking.
