WORST medical aid for pregnancy!!!

Please DO NOT make use of Discovery Medical aid for your pregnancy needs. I have been trying to claim for my gynaecologist visits and my requests keep getting denied. I am told that I have exhausted my benefits, even though I only used half of the benefits. I suffered a miscarriage in 2019 and I have spoken to various consultants to explain that my previous pregnancy was not cancelled on the system, but yet they KEEP claiming from the previous pregnancy claims and KEEP denying my consultation claims. I am told lie after lie and i have been assured that my issue has been resolved on two different occasions and yet the same issue keeps occurring. I was called by a Mohammed on behalf of the Head of Service a week ago and STILL my claims are not being paid. Please DO NOT make use of this medical aid if you are looking for a stress free pregnancy. All they provide are lies.
