WORST MEDICAL AID EVER POOR SERVICE

Absolutely poor service I have been diagnosed with cancer and have been running around everytime they request additional information and we never received the mails. The once's the doctor send back to them they don't received. I have been phoning everyday for 2 weeks and no feedback.. Take in to consideration that I have been diagnosed 15 March 2023. Clear indication that you will have no joy with them.

Till date I am still awaiting feedback there are excuses every single day waiting for more documents there are not one more document they have not requested. Phoned them no they promise they will get back to me today and yet again no one did. Don't take Discovery medical aid if you want to live as they are of no help in a case of an emergency!! Every agent is just a new ref number and no solution. They quick to phone once you review but ****ty service from them still continues!!!!
