Worst medical aid ever don't use them!

I don't even know where to start with discovery I have been fighting since the 14th if February with them to get auth to go to hospital it's a back and forth and nobody can seem to help me they just want more and more motivational letters I can't actually understand you have medical aid to help you when you are sick and they can't even do that I have a procedure book for Monday and that rate discovery service is going it won't happen I'm so disappointed in them I wouldn't recommend them to anybody
