Worst medical aid ever Discovery Health

I was for a g scope on the 19th and I has to pay a deposit of R3 400-00 out of my own pocket although there was more than enough money in my savings account. Now that it is time for Discovery to refund me my deposit they refuse. I have send them the detailed account that Flora Clinic send me but still they keep on saying that there are codes outstanding on the account. The account has all the medical codes on it for all the procedures that was done on that day but still they are not satisfied. I pay R5 386-00 per month for myself. Discovery can pay out millions in bonuses but they can't pay me my deposit which is only R3 400-00.
