Worst medical aid ever!!!

Oh my where do u start.... Long story short... I was due for an operation about two months ago... As any normal patient I call in to my medical aid ( LA Health) Discovery to get authorization.... Which I do... Two weeks after getting authorization and after my op I get a call my operation and medical bills won't be covered.... Seriously I'm still in recovery and I get a call like this... How in heavens name do u authorize something then decline it 2 to 3 weeks later.... Each and every month I pay thousands of Rands to make sure myself and my family is covered with the best medical insurance.... But honestly this has been the worse experience ever... Eventually after 1000 phone calls and all my screaming and shouting via emails and calls they eventually decide to pay the hospital... And only the hospital... Not my Dr's consultation or even the anesthesiologist which assisted in the operation... So how the hell does my medical aid go from authorizing my operation to then deciding 3 weeks later not to pay, then deciding to pay but only what they feel like paying.... Makes no sense and makes me so upset that I need to spend over 3k every month to receive such pathetic service for medical insurance.. Discovery medical aid in my opinion is just a *******...
