WORST MEDICAL AID EVER!!!!

It has been months in trying to sort out that Discovery pays for my brace and crutches when I broke my foot in July 2021 - I eventually received feedback that they decline to pay this amount which is R3,255.77, taking into account that I pay more than R17,000 per year for my medical aid that is never being used!!!! Never in my life will I ever join Discovery again and trust me I will make sure that all my friends will also not join your medical aid! Easy to take our monthly payments but refuse to assist with SMALL payments when it is needed. I paid out of my own pocket over R7000 for all my x-rays, doctors follow ups, physio treatments etc and yet you guys cannot even pay for the brace and crutches that was necessary!! Honestly disgusted, not sure if you guys now suddenly declined it due to me cancelling my medical aid - however this is a claim from July 2021!
