Worst medical aid ever

Worst experience with this medical aid ever.

Firstly i was made to drive around in a dangerous and unfami**** area in my condition looking for a gp i ended up not getting the gp.

Both me and my son needed to consult we did not as of the result.

I took him to a pharmacy paid out of my pocket to have him assist. I sent an inbox on Facebook i was told someone will get back to me today is Tuesday still nothing.

Monday i sent a dm via Twitter they asked for my details i am still waiting.

I am running out of time and they guy that called me last week made it sound like it was my fault to be on the plan that i am on.

When they brokers failed to provide clarity and make sure that soon to be customer understanding what they getting themself into.

After waisting my petrol and paying out for my son out of the pocket they just dicided to ignore me and my requests.

I am running out of time this will cost me and my child.

These people dont care are about their clients.

They are happy to have you on their books then ignore you.

I told them i am willing to paying the consultation out of my pocket since i have been paying them and paying doctors that has been ignore as well.

I have less than 12 weeks to go under alot of stress and being ingored by them.
