Worst medical aid ever!!!!!

after being on my medical for 9 years I was told by discovery medical aid call center that this medical aid would be better. After signing a month or so later I attempted to use my medical aid to buy medicine to my surprise I was on a 3 month waiting period???? When I call to try and understand why the response was because I had dental procedure coming up which by the way I am paying cash and have been so how is it any risk for discovery if the reason is for something they won't even be paying for. Well I will be changing back to my old medical aid because this company is just a **** to to care for people but just to make money
