Worst Medical Aid Ever
I have been a discovery health member for more than 5 years and my medical aid was suspended because a missed payment even after explaning to the call center agent's and yes mkre tyan one that I have changed employment and that the new employer will bring the account up to date on the 12 june 2015. My wife is a diabetic and pregnant and have paid all required payments to date. As soon as I have the opportunity I will be moving back to Bonitas, and I will advise my friends and family to do the same.

As discussed, the Scheme is not able to provide cover whilst there is an amount owing on the premiums. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your request to lift the suspension until the premiums are up to date. I would like to assure you that should you have any medical expenses incurred during this time you are welcome to claim it back once the suspension if removed. The claims will pay according to your chosen plan type and Scheme rules.
