Worst medical aid ever.....
I need someone to call me urgently. My son is not well and his blood pressure is not dropping at all. He needs to see a specialist but you guys are telling me about 4 days TAT for authorization. Must i wait for my child to die????????????????????????????????? What nonsense is this?
