WORST MEDICAL AID EVER!!!!!
If I could give Discovery Health less than this star I WOULD!!!!!!!!!
The INCOMPETENCE IN HANDLING THIS SIMPLE MATTER IS REALLY GOT ME TO A POINT WHERE I WANT TO SCREAM!!!!!!!!
I AM AT THE POINT WHERE I THINK I AM GOING TO LEAVE DISCOVERY AND GO TO ANOTHER MEDICAL AID!!
I have been requesting them to sort out an issue that THEY MESSED UP to the point where they reversed an account that was settled and repaid in into right account WRONG reference!!
IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, CHOOSE ANOTHER MEDICAL AID!!!!!
