Worst medical aid ever

I was severely injured by a dog. Got to hosp casualty doctor got some meds at their pharmacy and just gave the bill to my partner to pay and said we can claim it back. After surgery one should rest and deal with the trauma i have only been fighting with discovery no rest. For 3 months they have been saying we will pay it but it needs to be on the hospital bill. They don't call the hospital its your baby. After a long struggle i get the hospital to do it all they need is an acknowledgement letter from discovery to unbill the paid invoice and suddenly discovery turns ans says no they are not gonna pay. Shane Stanley was brilliant and Jessica Fish. But my issue is still not resolved spoke to Sinethemba on Saturday and was promised a callback on Monday it is Tuesday and still no call. My query was half sorted and paid to the wrong people after i have sent my proof of payment numerous times. We pay for service.....what service every time i call i get told something different its been 4 months and still no joy. So sick and tired of **** service each year our premiums increase with 10% but for what??? To employ more *********** people????
