Worst medical aid

It's scary how I have been given the run around when it comes to my chronic benefit its really mind blowing when I call discovery I am told on a recorded line that they will pay for my medication I keep confirming the plan I am on I get reassured only to find out they will not pay because of this or that why is it on that recorded line that was not mentioned it is my life line I am out of insulin and it is bad because I need it daily,it is so expensive over the counter then I ask myself why do I even pay monthly when I have to struggle so much??? The worst service ever so I should die basically
