Worst medical aid! Don't use them!

Absolute worst medical aid. We pay almost R5000 a month for 2 people and have a savings of about R13000. Now let me tell you that EVERYTHING COMES OUT OF THE SAVINGS. You have GP and specialist benefit? Haha no they first use your savings and only once it's depleted you can use your benefit. Dentist, any tests, optometrists all use your savings. Vitality points don't accumulate even though you do the checks and then you have to call or email and provide proof so that you can get the points. NO, do your job!
