Worst medical aid DISCOVERY

I have received the WORST SERVICE ever in 12 years after been with discovery medical aid. I have been asking for my medical aid to be canceled and they refuse to do so and keep debiting me for large sums of money LIKE R8400 A MONTH WITHOUT AND against my consent. They dont adhere to debicheck and popi acts and rules. I am literally been held hostage from cancelling this over the last 3 months. I have no option but to go to the ombudsman as they rufuse to cancel this.
