Worst medical aid discovery

discovery is the worst company to deal with.i have been with discovery for over 5years, i am currently unemployed but i make my payments into there account using the reference that they gave me. Every month i have to phone them and they cant find the payment. Then all of a sudden they find it. For this month alone they have deactivated my account 4times yet payment has been made. Every month its the same. I end up using cash whats the point of having a medical aid. When the staff is lost. How can a staff member activate it and the next staff member deactivated a few days late. Its take almost a hour to get a hold for a consultant.
