Worst Medical Aid Discovery

The worst medical aid in South Africa , I have been waiting for medical procedure authorization for almost two weeks. My monthly premium is fully paid , there is no use paying for medical aid which you cannot use how can I be paying and still need verification to use the medical aid scheme. There is no verification when they debit my account each month for premiums. Absolutely disgusting service from Discovery
