Worst medical aid but quick to send updated price for April😡

I wrote the below review a week ago and i received a call on Monday, the person who calls seemed to not know anything about medical aids and said they will escalate the matter and give me feedback back before Friday I’m typing this on a Friday evening because no feedback and it’s been exactly 10 weeks
