Ive submitted a claim dispute on the 08/12/2023 and still no feedback even after following up.

Its already frustrating that they did not cover a hospital admission yet I'm covered on hospital plan but the lack of response is even more frustrating. Ridiculous service and yet we pay enormous contributions every month!!
