Worst medical aid, avoids paying claims

I have spent in excess of 3 hours to the call centre on the phone to 9 different people including customer relations who just stall and feed you more bull stories. They don't call back, they always have another excuse and you can never talk to the same person twice..... Clearly they know nothing about the people business and yet advertise their wonderful 'health' products. All they are doing is raising blood pressure and stress levels of their clients but i suppose that serves to feed their business. I will certainly never treat a client on their scheme again and will actively advise against joining them if u are considering it.
