Worst medical aid and banking

I have been on this medical aid for 10 years and they refuse to pay my chronic medication that cost me R600 per month. Now I wanted to apply for Discovery banking and after battling a whole day just to login to the app my application is denied. This medical aid just take and give nothing back. The banking app uses data and you don't get logged in and after they telling me my application is approved putting my hope up the decline me. I will not recommended this medical aid or the banking.

Don't even reply as my blood test for my chronic I have to pay plus all x-rays. You only cover my normal GP and a part of my glasses. I am done with this useless service. Don't call me and get Dave Webster to stop emailing me rubish about this poor medical aid. I am sure if I have to go for a Covid test that I have to go to the Government Hospital as this useless medical aid pays nothing!!
