Worst Health Service ever month later I still dont have my ACL authorization call recording

Discovery has been by far the worst company I have ever came accross. today alone i was in a call for 2 hours, left hanging for 20min. all for just a recording ive been trying to get since june. did an ACL reconstruction with them in 2019 all im asking for is proof of payment and the call recordings. is that wrong to ask for?

I signed all the forms they required but still giving me a run around or just hang up my calls.

one lady called Deidre was very helpful and had to transfer me because she was from a different division, 2 hours later while on hold the call gets dropped again so who must pay for this hours worth of airtime?
