Worst experience of my life. Left for dead . I hate discovery with a passion

I’ve never been more disappointed in a medical aid. I’m not well and can feel I’m getting worse. Ive been throwing up can’t eat disoriented and dehydrated. I have a medical aid with discovery health and because I live alone and I feel I can’t drive and I’m getting worse I decide to press the emergency button to get help because I am starting to panic. The discovery team calls me and keep hanging up . I keep pressing this button to get help then finally the last time they call me the lady says I’m not in an emergency and hangs up. I felt my soul leave my body. I’m a member I’m not well I’m scared and decide no I need help and get told that. And mind you the app says if they call and you can’t talk properly they will use gps location to find you and dispatch a vehicle to you.

I’ve been sitting on the floor crying my lungs out . I can’t get hold of any family or friends to take me to the hospital.

I’m so disappointed If this is how they treat people I want nothing to do with this medical aid
