Worst experience every

My 5 year old had a review at school beginning of the year , his hearing was highlighted and wax buildup was the issue, we saw our GP and he tried removing it over 3 times and eventually referred us to an ENT , discovery Declined the Auth stating this can be done by the doctor, the GP tried again and it did not work, I had to then go see an Audiologist (out of my own pocket) as discovery does not cover such service, Audiologist just had a look and said this needed an ENT , I went back to the GP to tell him and he tried again, I then thought the issue may be the GP , we changed the GP and the next GP said the same thing , it needs an ENT , another Auth was sent to This medical aid , also noting that this is affecting my child's schooling, my son sleeps in pain and uncomfortable but the request was again denied stating this should be done in the doctor's room , my son has funds on his specialists benefit but can not see a specialists? Ive sent an email to my employer to change my medical aid since discovery is compulsory at work for all the employees, my 5 year old child is in pain and has been uncomfortable for the whole of 2025 with funds on his specialists benefit and today started school again and same issue we're highlighted by the school....honestly done with this nonsense medical aid ,what's the point for having it?
