Worst EXPERIENCE EVER - Terrible Service from Discovery Health

The WORST medical aid ever!! We pay over R8000 a month for our medical aid. Being a healthy family we never really claimed for any benefits. Being pregnant it is time to start making use of our medical aid that we pay for every month. We pay our gynea cash and then claim back from the medical. Not one of our claims, PLEASE note, not one was processed correctly. Every claim is nightmare to get our money back from Discovery, fight after fight!!!!! We as members are not allowed to know what we are covered for, according to their agents they are not allowed to provide that information to us as the PAYING members!!! Being 5 months into this process, fighting we are also still awaiting a supervisor to phone us. Maybe it is time to go visit them.
