Worst experience ever from both sectors!!!

Worst experience ever in my life. Very unprofessional and unskilled staff and ****s!! My medical aid increased by double during December when I got paid my salary for December and January together. Then they proceeded to double charge me in January again! After multiple calls averaging over 30mins per conversation to rectify this issue, I told them to cancel my medical aid and the debit orders, yet I still get debit ordered til today April even though I canceled and reversed etc and spoke to your consultants over the phone.

Let me not write a review on the terrible service you offered me when I was in an accident and how poorly you treated me. When the accident wasn't even my fault and your services malfunctioned.

Good job Discovery on ruining my day and wasting my time.
