Worst experience

I have spent the whole day on the phone and im still where i started. I am pregnant and on keycare core. When i log onto my profile to search for a gynaecologist it lists people but when i call them they dont accept this medical aid scheme. The list of hospitals on your website where i can give birth is absolutely pathetic. Some hospitals are not allowing you to give birth at their hospitals due to covid 19 and when i spoke to a lovely lady in the call centre she mentioned that in some cases you will make an exception for hospitals that are not covered due to the lack of options but i would need to get authorization first. This does not help me. I cant pick a hospital to go to and i have to end up paying cash for it. Can someone please give me a list of hospitals that i can give birth at as well as the names of the doctors at these hospitals that i will be covered with?
