WORST ever service and constant lies!!

For the 5th month this year Discovery could not keep their promise by paying our gym cash backs on time. A very nice email was sent on 13 October to assure me my October cash back will be paid on 16 October. Guess what? AGAIN THEY **** AND FAILED! Still have not received my cash back. Please guys never trust Discovery, I am SO fed up with their incompetence and sh*t. I am done with them.
