profoundly unsatisfied with there service they don't pay there network list of GP or specialists, and when you take them on its always 5 workings days for this and that then its again review. they are the biggest waste of money, they just through policy's at you but don't follow there own rules. I'm definitely taking this to the medical aid board and Ambud's man.
