WORST EVER

NEVER FELT SO MISTREATED BY ANY COMPANY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!!!

Firstly - Had to fight to get an auth. for a gynaecologist appointment (Abnormal Pap smear - CIN1)- their reason.....my waiting period for Depression and Obesity

Then after two surgical procedures because of the Abnormal Papsmear - they are refusing to give auth for my follow up procedure.

Reason - they don't have my latest Pap smear result......which they requested before the second procedure were done

Then just to add to their incompetence, The consultant told me I had to submit my scan and Mammogram before he auth can be considered.

Mammogram and breast scan ARE not even close to a Pap smear!!!!@!!!!!!!!!
