Worst customer service ever

Unbelievable, discovery is a nightmare 😳 they are the worst people ever,i tried to book a GP on to their website/APP since yesterday & there's a technical error on to their end,i spend more 2-4hours trying to resolve this issue,even todate there's still a problem,I was given an incident number:***. I was also promised that this issue will be resolved, one of their supervisor by the name of BIANCA VENTER promised that she'll escalate this matter, she hasn't came back to me with the feedback, mind you i need to see the doctor as i am in PAINS, is this how you treat BLACK People?
