Worst customer service
Worst customer service ever!!! Been fighting a claim for almost 3 weeks and they refuse to refund me based on minor technicalities. I have to use my time and my own airtime calling continuously and getting nowhere. Phoned 5 times today before I actually could speak to a consultant holding for an average of 20 minutes per a call. RIDICULOUS!!!!!
