Worst customer service

Worst customer service ever.. I was sick with flu and had to go and see my doctor, the doctors assistant called discovery twice to confirm the benefits but the agents gave out incorrect info, ended up having to pay cash min while discovery is debiting my account. Wow pathetic service im telling you. now trying to claim my money back, im being sent from pillar to post and not given proper info.
