Worst costomer service

So my Dr requested approval from Discovery last week on Wednesday, Thursday they said im on waiting period. So i called im cause it didn't make sense as im on waiting period for Asthma and tregiminal.the consultant comfirmed it.we on monday n still nothing. My procedure was supposed to be today.and im still not approved.so i must be in their mercy when im suffering. No one communicates there.
