Worst consultant Discovery has hired!!

Called the Digital Support on ***on 2024/07/23 at 08:25, spoke to Shudu Nethenge who I personally feel is very ***********, doesn't pay attention to detail. Don't know if he's doing something else while talking to clients...kept repeating myself, he then pauses a lot, goes back to script and makes me repeat myself over and over again. He has no clue of the questions he asks "Group Scheme Name" I tell him, he then asks me again, it's like he's running a circus of some sort, I really can't take him serious. He then goes on to say I'll have to call again, so he could transfer my call to the Group Scheme I told him my query is about and specifically told him I needed my cellphone number updated, so I could get an OTP. I eventually hung up as I couldn't deal with Shudu Nethenge anymore!!!
