worst company ever - DISCOVERY HEALTH

Hi I would like to complain about DISCOVERY HEALTH ! We have been having the worst time admitting my mum .She is old and very ill. A call was made at 3,30pm on the 10 May 2021 .The lady in the call centre gave us a false name and **** to us .She said we can go the next day and admit my mum .This was a lie ,we were turned away .This lady will be attended to .We are investigating further ...This matter will not be left and I will broadcast the poor service from DISCOVERY ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA !Try calling them ,nobody answers the calls !!!!!They are the worst to deal with ever !I also know this company will go down ..'.they really suck!!!!
