Worst company ever

The worst company i have ever dealt with. My medical aid is deducted through the company. In october i inquired about vitality then requested that the activate it from 01/01/19 when my gym membership also kicks in but to my surprise they started deducting from november. Called several times and was always put on hold for more than 30minutes. In december a gentleman called me back to say they will refund. Since the refund is still not done i called them only to be told the query was never resolved. People should boycott this Discovery ,they are now too big headed to resolve queries .
