Worst Backend Ever

If I could I would give you -10 stars, I have never experienced such an process to use any backend, just to change banking details... If I ever have to do it again I would rather change medical aids.... If you need a mandate signed and filled at least make it editable... that is the basics! We are in 21st century, really!
