Discovery is worse than home affairs, their turn around time for claims is 2 weeks. You call the help line you hold for 40 minutes and still no answer, I need my issues sorted , It is 2 weeks and you have not attended to my claim ***

I remember how 10 years ago you had first class service, at this rate you will never get back to your glory day , you are a disgrace
