WORLDS LEADING CON ARTISTS - DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!

I Received an email from Ryan Noach at Discovery asking about Dischem's performance and I felt the need to get this out.

Dear Ryan/Computer Bot, maybe instead of asking people about other companies performance you should fix the performance and services in your own first.

1. I can NEVER rely on Discovery as there is somehow always a shortfall / NO PAYMENT AT ALL 2. 99% of claims done out of hospital are being declined and when I ask for a better plan to resolve this issue YOUR staff tell me it is not possible, which we know is absolute BS. Your staff are costing you clients. 3. I am now looking into other medical aids as I am sick of being disappointed by Discovery. 4. I had to have my teeth removed due to jaw bone complications and discovery turns around and says they wont pay as it is cosmetic. 5. On another occasion I asked a consultant of yours for Gap cover and she said I would not be able to have gap cover as “discovery” pays for everything… which I found very amusing because its total bull.

When I got this plan with you people 5 Years ago, I specifically said “I WANT A PLAN THAT COVERS EVERYTHING SO I WONT EVER HAVE TO WORRY” and they consultant reassured me that yes I would be covered. Funny thing is i requested a copy of the signup call in 2019 and i have yet now in 2022 to receive it after calling over and over again.

MEANWHILE…. The asshole only wanted his commission pay check.

YOU CAN COUNT ON LOOSING ME AS A CLIENT AS I AM SICK AND TIRED OF DISCOVERY’S BULL**** AND CON WORK.

Will however rate you are 10/10 for the biggest **** and CON ARTISTS in the world.

I will NEVER recommend you to anyone and everyone I know that asks about Discovery I say very clearly YOU WILL BE ****** DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Some how, Discovery calls them selves the leading medical aid in South Africa yet I have yet to see the leading medical aid part… all I see is LEADING *****, BULL****TERS, ****TALKING, ********, CONARTISTS…. Hell nevermind SA, you’re the best in the WORLD AT BULL****.
