Wonderful Service from Alvandre Goliath

Thanks to Alvandre Goliath for her exceptional help. I needed to obtain authorization for my son’s dental procedure. Firstly, it takes time to speak to an agent because of the option selections and authentication process. On my first call, I got through to a gentleman who listened to my query and took down my details, but just as he was about to assist me, the call was disconnected. I had hoped he would return my call since he had my details, but he did not.

I called again and went through the tedious process once more, only to be connected to a very rude agent who cut me off, insisting that I did not need authorization for a dental procedure. This became frustrating because she kept persisting and instead tried to explain my dental benefits based on my medical aid option, which was not helpful as it was not what I needed.

Eventually, I spoke to the most efficient person, Ms. Goliath. She was not only patient and friendly, but she also took the time to clearly explain what she needed from me, helped me locate information I had been missing, and provided additional details on what to expect after the call, going far beyond what I had asked for. I would like to commend her for her professionalism. She completely turned around my frustrating experience from the previous two calls and resolved my issue effectively.
