Wonderful Service

I spoke to Zinhle from Discovery medical aid in Port Elizabeth, wow her customer service is on point. After holding for so long to get through to someone she answered my call, I asked for a callback and within a couple of seconds she called me back. She answered my questions thoroughly and quickly which I appreciate because my lunch was almost over. I'm happy I spoke to Zinhle because other Discovery consultants don't wanna do their jobs they act like it's a bad line and they can't hear u then hang up. So Shout out to Zinhle, Well done Girl!!
