Won't pay the optometrist

<p>My glasses were pretty scratched and although I am aware that discovery cover me for an eye test and glasses every 2 years I couldn't remember when I was due again. So I phoned discovery and they referred me to Isoleso to check when I could go. Isoleso eventually answered the phone and I was told that I was due to visit the optometrist. </p> <p> </p> <p>The problem is they refuse to pay, saying i went too soon. This is very irritating as it takes forever to get through to them and I cant afford the airtime. I am not going to pay out of my pocket as I already had to loan almost R30 000 for medical expenses not covered by discovery in the last month and a half. </p>
